Everyone needs to get their dues paid its $35.00 and if anyone can bring any new members that would be great so we can get our numbers up.we also have an application for the Shriner's to put an ad in their circus ad book so we made a motion for a quarter page $95.00 by Terry and Tony.

Under New Business we talked about a fundraiser for maybe another trailer but and open one but we'll talk about it more at the next meeting. we also talked about charities which we are going to do Camp Quality and the Boys and Girls club a motion was entertained the boys and girls club this will be the third year and Camp Quality has been for several years, a motion was accepted by Tony and Terry.

Craig brought up about an officer who in October went home for the weekend and on that Sunday he fell into a coma, he was in the hospital for about four weeks and it was determined that he had a stroke and most likely wont be returning to work so under our sick and distressed plan Craig would like to be the sponser of that and to donate $100.00 to his family so a motion was accepted and our prayers and wishes for a hopeful recovery to Officer Usher.
